Crumbled: Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray; heat on medium-high for 30 seconds. Crumble ground Smart Chicken® into skillet. Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Patties: Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray; heat on medium-high for 30 seconds. Form ground Smart Chicken® into patties and place into skillet. Cook 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink in the center, turning halfway through cooking time.
On the grill: Prepare grill. Form ground Smart Chicken® into patties and coat with cooking spray. Grill about 5 inches from medium coals for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink in center, turning halfway through grilling time.
*For best results, take care not to overcook this product. The cooked ground Smart Chicken® should feel firm and somewhat springy when it is done. Juices should run clear, not pink.
